The first Festival i ever watch is the Famous "Dinagyang Festival" in Iloilo City.Two months from now, Iloilo will once again celebrate the highly anticipated Dinagyang Festival, a religious and cultural celebration held both to honor the Santo Niño and to celebrate the arrival on Panay of Malay settlers and the subsequent selling of the island to them by the Atis.
