Another one which is also Ilonggo`s very proud of is there noodle soup "Batchoy",Its origins can be traced to the district of La Paz Iloilo City , hence it is oftentimes referred to as La paz Batchoy. Tourist always remember this very invigorating taste of Batchoy, thats`s why everytime they visit Iloilo they always craving for it.
